Mature Audience Content: Any adult content delivered digitally including video on demand (VOD) and web-cam activities. PayPal may be restricted from processing payments in certain jurisdictions for adult DVD's, magazines and other adult themed products or services.

Sending money as "gifts" or using vague descriptions does not protect you — PayPal's compliance team is experienced at identifying these patterns. The linked bank account flagging is an additional concern: PayPal reports to a shared financial fraud database, which can affect your ability to open accounts with other processors. For client-facing payments, PayPal should be avoided entirely.
